| Overview
The Aprisa View™ NMS software has been developed based
on the use of terminal servers to remotely access multiple
terminals from one location. It provides an efficient platform
that can easily scale from 2 to 1000 terminals, and will continuously
poll and monitor the status of each terminal in the network.
It provides alarm information, performance and fault management,
network inventories and element management.
The elements may be shown as individual terminals in sites
or on a link-by-link basis. Aprisa View may be used in a standalone
mode or connected to a larger alarm management system via
SNMP. The software integrates with larger SNMP based management
platforms using the SNMP output.
