4RF Communications is committed to all repairs, replacements and being RoHS and WEEE compliant.  While we are proud of our low return rate we are equally focused on ensuring repairs are carried and with minimal delay and to a high standard to minimise the impact on the customer.
We can also provide upgrade or modification services if required. We are committed to providing a minimum of 5 years support for any product after it has reached it’s end of manufacture lifetime.

  1. 4RF Warranty – All Aprisa products receive a 15 month warranty from shipment as standard
  2. Extended Warranty – Available as required, or as part of a SLA
  3. Expedited Repair – Available as required, or as part of a SLA
  4. Advanced Replacement – Available as required, or as part of a SLA
