I can't remember the SuperVisor password I use to access the Aprisa XE. Can I reconfigure the user accounts?

The user accounts can be reset to default (admin, modify and view) by following these steps:

  1. Connect to the serial port (refer to FAQ 245) and access the serial port menu
  2. Type 7 and press Enter
  3. Type y and press Enter
  4. Type 9 and press Enter
