| Ian Troughton Chief Executive Officer
Ian Troughton was appointed CEO in October 2006 and is based at the company's headquarters in New Zealand. With being a Board representative for the last three years, Ian is no stranger to 4RF Communications. Ian's overall experience spans the transport (air), utility, technology, insurance, and government sectors. He has worked for Carnegie Wylie & Co since 2001, a specialist merchant bank in Australia. Prior to joining Carnegie Wylie, Ian worked for investment bank Credit Suisse in Australia, New Zealand and the UK.

| John Yaldwyn Chief
Technology Officer
John is the founding Director and a major shareholder in 4RF.
He leads the development of our advanced Aprisa point-to-point
digital access solutions and has specific responsibility for
new product development. John held senior engineering and
management roles with MAS Technology for 13 years and travelled
extensively, liaising with customers worldwide. His engineering
skills and in-market experience helped shape the pivotal architecture
and system design of the DXR™ 100 and 200 product families
and he was instrumental, as MAS Vice President Advanced Systems,
in the Nasdaq IPO. Following the merger with DMC in 1997,
he was appointed Marketing Vice President and developed the
design of the DXR™ 700 platform, before leaving to establish
4RF in late 1998.

| Steve Moffat Chief Operating Officer
Steve was appointed Chief Operating Officer in April 2008, with responsibility for R&D, Manufacturing and Customer Services. Steve joined 4RF in 2001 as a process engineer and was later promoted to Manufacturing NPI Manager with responsibility for test and production engineering. In 2004 he was promoted to Customer Service Manager where he was responsible for delivering first-class services from network design and planning through to implementation and ongoing support. Before joining 4RF Communications, Steve managed the production of RF components for the DXR700 radio with DMC Stratex, and also served with the RNZAF for 9 years in avionic engineering.

| Trevor Gordon Vice
President, Global Sales
Trevor Gordon was appointed VP of Global Sales on 2 January
2006. Educated in Communications Systems Engineering, Trevor
has over 15 years experience in the microwave radio industry.
He has held both operational and senior sales roles in several
companies. These include Harris Corporation, Ceragon, Digital
Microwave Corporation (now Stratex Networks) and most recently
P-Com. Trevor is responsible for worldwide sales and business
development activity.

| Atul Gautam Marketing Vice President
Atul is responsible for 4RF’s marketing, strategy and business development. Based in Europe and with nearly ten years of experience in senior business development and operational roles in the European Telecommunications industry, Atul specialises in corporate strategy development and the construction and execution of high value partnership and supplier arrangements. Prior to joining 4RF Atul was the Managing Consultant responsible for the retail telecoms practice at Source8, a specialist telecommunications consultancy in London.

Deon Grobler Development Manager
Deon leads the engineering team at 4RF and has responsibility
for product development. He graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering
degree from Pretoria University in South Africa and has been
engaged in research and development roles and design, manufacturing
and operations management. He was the Director, Engineering
Services at Stratex Networks (formerly MAS Technology) in
New Zealand prior to taking up his role with 4RF.

| Gareth Finch Customer Account
Manager
Gareth was appointed Customer Account Manager from April 2007 after 3 years as 4RF's Production Manager. He manages post-sales communication on all order requirements to ensure that product is deliverable in the time frame required and that it meets customer expectations. This includes scheduling activities within the organisation and communication with customers on details like frequencies and configurations and to better understand their network requirements. Before joining 4RF Gareth manged pilot production and test engineering for Stratex Networks, and served with the Royal New Zealand Air Force for 10 years in avionic electronics and communications.

| Stephen Hope Manufacturing Manager
Stephen was appointed as Manufacturing Manager in August 2007, previously he was the Test Engineering/Quality Manager. As Manufacturing Manager he overseas the production of 4RF’s Aprisa point-to-point digital radio. Prior to working at 4RF, Stephen worked as Head of Test Engineering for Codan Pty Ltd. Stephen holds a Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tasmania, and a Masters of Business Administration from Deakin University, Melbourne.

| Neil Gash Financial
Controller
Neil is responsible for the financial reporting, planning,
legal and treasury functions. Prior to joining 4RF in 2004,
he held senior management positions with leading New Zealand
technology and processing companies including the export award-winning
Kapiti Fine Foods Ltd. He was a member of the Finance
Group at MAS Technology immediately prior to their IPO in
1996 and, upon their merger with Digital Microwave Corporation,
was appointed Finance Director for the New Zealand operations.
Neil holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Auckland University
and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants
of New Zealand.

| Blair Hopkins Customer Services Manager
Blair joined 4RF Communications in May 2008 as the Customer Services Manager. With more than 11 years within the PMR business, primarily in service based roles both in New Zealand and overseas Blair brings an extensive amount of experience with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. Blair’s previous position before joining 4RF encompassed the management of a Customer Support team providing international support for PMR systems and products worldwide. Blair’s extensive field experience, including UN Missions both in the Middle East and Africa brings an understanding of what it takes to achieve a successful solution in sometimes difficult environments and conditions.
