As the Sales Administrator you will have a busy and varied role so the ideal candidate will have to be organised, have experience of working to tight deadlines, prioritising their own tasks, will be dependable, and will have excellent computer skills. Good customer skills are also highly valuable as some of the role will involve interacting with both customers and suppliers. We are a fast growing company, and are looking for someone able to pick up the job quickly and help support our growing sales force.

Project Engineer/Project Manager:
At 4RF we design and develop state of the art Microwave Communication radios. As in any dynamic business environment it is a fine art to coordinating and direct the numerous disciplines involved during the product development process.
We have recently started the development of a brand new product. The current development team is highly qualified and experienced and this offers an ideal environment for a suitable project manager to utilise their technical and project management skills in an environment dominated by RF, Digital and Software Engineering.
We are looking for the right person to manage this development; one who works well under pressure and thrives in a challenging environment, who is accurate, organised and reliable and displays focus and persistence.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
- A relevant engineering qualification
- Experience in product development
- Project management experience
- Excellent planning and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, analytical, teamwork and interpersonal skills

Customer Service / Sales Engineer:
This role is within the customer service division and is responsible for providing direct support to the International Sales Directors including pre-sales system and network engineering, RF planning and the preparation of technical and commercial tender proposals. This role offers:
